RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 21 days for any damaged/malfunctioning tools or products. No returns will be accepted without proof of purchase.
Jiffy Blow Bar gift cards cannot be returned and should be treated like cash.
Please note that all blowout services, memberships are non-refundable.
bonded extension policy:
All of our Stylists have been thoroughly trained have learned how to handle extensions with care. However, Jiffy Blow Bar is not responsible for damaged or loose extensions as a result of a blowout service. Thank you for understanding!
PAYMENT TERMS
Jiffy Blow Bar requires payment on completion of your appointment unless an alternative arrangement is made. We accept cash, direct debit, visa or MasterCard. We do not accept American Express. Late payments will incur a penalty fee.
OUR GUARANTEE
Jiffy Blow Bar liability is limited as permitted under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). But, if you are not satisfied within a one-week period of your hair appointment, we guarantee we will redo your hair for free.
BOOKING POLICY
We always do our best to meet your booking request. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking at least one week in advance. We recommend making future bookings at the end of each service to secure your ideal appointment time. Bookings can also be made online, by calling (770) 572-9978 or in person. *DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel in a timely manner. Cancellations made within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. *DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
LATE POLICY
If you are more than 15-minutes late we may decline your appointment due to the affect it will have to the subsequent bookings after yours. If this happens, you will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
ENQUIRIES
We accept email inquiries about our services, hairdressers, makeup artist and product range. We always try to respond within 24-hours of receiving your inquiry.
CHILDREN’S HAIRCUTS
Kids haircuts can be requested on Tuesday – Friday between 10am and 5pm. Please comb your child’s hair before the appointment. If we need to spend time combing an additional fee of $10 will apply.
